Analog Tire Pressure Gauges for Workshop and Wholesale Supply
Compare 28 AUTOWIN analog tire pressure gauge configurations for workshop counters and distributor assortments. The SDG range varies by pressure scale, head construction, casing and bleeder provision. An analog tire pressure gauge should be selected by its measuring range and valve-access arrangement as well as its dial. This AUTOWIN series brings 28 SDG configurations into one comparison table, allowing distributors to review head material, body construction, protective casing and the presence of a bleeder valve without treating every dial gauge as the same product.
For compact dial selection, SDG-03 lists a 53 mm dial, while SDG-15 lists 40 mm; both have brass heads and bleeders with a 0–60 PSI range. SDG-13, SDG-13A, SDG-13B and SDG-13C share a magnetic steel body and 0–60 PSI / 0–400 kPa catalogue scales, with black, red, blue or yellow casing respectively. Those four entries do not list a bleeder.
The range also includes different pressure bands. SDG-18 combines a 0–60 PSI scale, oil-filled dial and bleeder. SDG-19 lists 0–160 PSI with a bleeder. At the MPa-marked end of the table, SDG-20 lists 0–4 MPa, SDG-21 through SDG-23 list 0–1.6 MPa, and SDG-24 and SDG-25 list 0–0.6 MPa. Check each complete row because the bleeder provision differs within that group.
These are pressure-checking gauges; inflation requires a separate air-supply tool. For wholesale pricing, list SDG references and quantities, then add the destination, required scale markings and packaging format. State any accuracy or calibration-document requirement for the selected model rather than inferring it from dial size, casing or maximum scale value.
Model Differences
- SDG-03: 0–60 PSI; 53 mm / 2.09 in dial; brass head and bleeder. SDG-15: 0–60 PSI; 40 mm / 1.57 in dial; brass head and bleeder.
- SDG-13, SDG-13A, SDG-13B and SDG-13C: magnetic steel body; black, red, blue and yellow casing respectively; 0–60 PSI / 0–400 kPa; no bleeder.
- SDG-18: 0–60 PSI, oil-filled dial and bleeder. SDG-19: 0–160 PSI / 0–11 kg/cm² and bleeder.
- SDG-20: 0–4 MPa; SDG-21 through SDG-23: 0–1.6 MPa; SDG-24 and SDG-25: 0–0.6 MPa. Aluminum heads are listed for these six models.
- SDG-20 and SDG-21 include bleeders; SDG-22 through SDG-25 do not.
- SDG-05 and SDG-07 include bleeders; SDG-04, SDG-06 and SDG-08 do not.

Pressure scales are catalogue entries and vary by model. Listed inch diameters are rounded conversions of metric dial diameters. A scale maximum is not a recommended tire pressure. PSI figures alongside MPa are rounded conversions; other paired scales are reproduced from the catalogue.

Frequently Asked Questions
Which SDG dial gauges offer a choice of dial diameter?
SDG-03 lists a 53 mm / 2.09 in dial and SDG-15 lists a 40 mm / 1.57 in dial. Both entries have brass heads, 0–60 PSI ranges and bleeders. Compare the complete model specification when choosing a format for your product range.
Which SDG models have magnetic bodies and different casing colours?
SDG-13, SDG-13A, SDG-13B and SDG-13C share the listed magnetic steel body, with black, red, blue and yellow casing respectively. Their catalogue scales are 0–60 PSI / 0–400 kPa, and none of these four entries lists a bleeder valve.
How do these analog gauges differ from pencil gauges?
The SDG range uses an analog dial, while pencil tire pressure gauges use a sliding measuring bar. Compare the scale and head construction within each series. Neither reading format by itself establishes inflation capability or a particular accuracy specification.
What should a wholesale SDG gauge enquiry include?
List each SDG reference and quantity, the required scale markings, delivery country and packaging format. Add any inspection or calibration-document requirements for review. Use the tire gauge range and purchasing guide to compare other measurement functions before finalizing your assortment.
