Product Details

The 93-160 to 93-162A range provides three size groups with different grit options. The 3 × 1 in group offers 16 and 36 grit; the taller 3 × 1-1/2 in group offers 36 and 60 grit. The 4 × 1-1/2 in group also offers 36 and 60 grit.

Mounting changes with the diameter group. The 3 in contour cups list a 3/8 in arbor hole, while the 4 in cups list a 1/2 in hole. Check the holder and available working clearance alongside the cup dimensions. Choose the grit grade required by the tire-repair procedure rather than selecting by cup size alone.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do all contour cups use the same arbor hole?

No. Models 93-160, 93-160A, 93-161 and 93-161A use a 3/8 in hole. Models 93-162 and 93-162A use a 1/2 in hole. Confirm the matching holder before ordering.

Which contour cups are available in 60 grit?

Models 93-161A and 93-162A are 60 grit. Their catalogue dimensions are 3 × 1-1/2 in (76 × 38 mm) and 4 × 1-1/2 in (102 × 38 mm), respectively.

How do contour cups differ from a dome tire buffing wheel?

Compare the cup profile with the dome profile and check the mounting. This contour-cup range lists plain arbor holes, while the 93-167 and 93-168 dome tire buffing wheels list 3/8-24 threads. They should not be selected by diameter alone.

Can I combine different contour cup sizes in a wholesale inquiry?

Yes. Select the required SKUs and quantities in the table. Include the mounting requirement, repair application, packaging and delivery destination so AUTOWIN can confirm the selection and quotation.
