Product Details

This flat-faced rotary rasp series combines two widths with two SSG grit grades. The 93-150 pair lists 3/16 in (5 mm), while the 93-151 pair lists 1/4 in (6 mm). Each pair shares the same 2 in (51 mm) catalogue diameter.

Select the width to match the required working contact, then specify the grit. The A-suffix models use 32 grit; the corresponding models without the suffix use 16 grit. All four models have a 3/8-24 threaded mounting. The flat working profile distinguishes this range from the round-faced 93-153 series.

Model Differences

  • 93-150 / 93-150A: 2 × 3/16 in (51 × 5 mm), with 16 / 32 grit respectively.
  • 93-151 / 93-151A: 2 × 1/4 in (51 × 6 mm), with 16 / 32 grit respectively.
  • All models: flat-faced profile and 3/8-24 threaded mounting.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do the two flat rasp widths differ?

The 93-150 / 93-150A pair lists 3/16 in (5 mm), while 93-151 / 93-151A lists 1/4 in (6 mm). Both pairs list a 2 in (51 mm) diameter.

What does the A suffix mean for these flat-faced rasps?

In this series, 93-150A and 93-151A are 32 grit. Models 93-150 and 93-151 are 16 grit. The matching size pair retains the same dimensions and 3/8-24 thread.

Is a flat-faced rotary rasp the same as a hand flat rasp file?

This page covers rotary flat-faced tire rasps with a 3/8-24 threaded mounting. A hand flat rasp file has a different form and mounting method. Use the SKU and tool connection to identify the required product.

How should I specify a wholesale flat rasp order?

List each model and quantity, then confirm the required width and grit grade. Include your tool or adapter specification and packaging needs so AUTOWIN can check the selection and quote the order.
